There is a lot more to the total volume figures than what's presented at NASDAQTRADER.COM. I am not sure anyone really cares, but if you do, please feel free to call us and will explain the details. Transaction reporting methods to the Nasdaq tape varies between ECN's. This explains why INCA is much larger than ISLD although the Nasdaqtrader figures don't support my claim. It is my opinion that the trader must decide the system to use and the time to use it. All systems, including the NYSE electronic order routing system which was down for several hours last month, have problems. That is one reason why Terra Nova provides as many trading avenues as possible.
