This should actually be interesting. Up here in the snowbelt, I'm thinking that even if it starts to get cold now (it was in the 50's a couple days ago), we've missed a month or two of cold weather that we won't be making up -- unless winter lasts until June this year. So, as for using up that backlog of heating oil, I'm not too optimistic. But if it gets cold for a few weeks, there could be some positive psychological impact on oil prices.

As for Iraq, the interviews I've seen (specifically Albright) suggest the bombings will stop by Ramadan. I think that starts the 20th. Of course, that doesn't mean the rally in OS has to stop.
