Now he's getting to me! In response to his post 5988; Someone with posting access to the SI thread please advise this guy that "virtually all companies whose stock is valued under $5/share will have this statement in their quarterly reports." He obviously is not a risk-taker and hasn't played many, if any, penny stocks or read their 10Qs. I've played several, some winners and some losers, and have read this "safe haven" statement many times.

I re-iterate that PTSC is the best penny stock play, as far as risk-reward potential, I've ever seen. The difference with PTSC is that we do have revenues and no less than 3 potent product lines, and no currently viable competition (as opposed to most penny stocks with virtually no revenues and only one product, and existing competition to boot). Every advancement of Java just adds to the potential. Let Snakeeyes play for his 3-5X gain with SUNW and be happy. We're looking at possible gains in the 10-30+X zone IMO over the not-to-long haul. I've benefitted from such returns before, and plan to again.

<<< The lack of additional capital could force the Company to substantially curtail or cease operations and would therefore have a material adverse effect on the Company's business. Further there can be no assurance that any such required funds, if available, will be available on attractive terms or that they will not have a significantly dilutive effect on existing shareholders of the company.>>>

Anyone care to SPECULATE where the cash is going to come from??

I would think this to be a serious question among the shareholders and potential shareholders of this company and would warrant some discussion here.

Why is it that without my posts on this thread that the Real and pressing issues of today regarding PTSC are rarely if ever mentioned?
