Thanks for the clarification. The newsletter recommendation referred to an IPO but it was actually a reverse merger with an existing public company.

Other than the projections that the co. has made for revenues and profits over the next few years, do you know what their balance sheet looks like in terms of working capital, net worth and total assets?
