Please sell me your shares

To the boys:

Please sell me your shares. Your 100% right. SHOPPING.COM is merely a hoax. The contracts that they have signed are all an illusion. . . . . Where do I stop ?

Short sellers are the smartest investors in the market . . . . in a market that continually hits new highs and in a stock that has done the same. Once again, please sell me your shares, maybe even cheaper. I want them all. Oh, I forgot all the insiders are going to be running for the exits. Heck, all the heavyweights are filing their shares for sale. Whatever you want to believe.

The people filing, or "insiders" don't know what is going on Every company has individuals that have no vision . . . . excuse me . . . investment savvy. The have no bearing on the company performance. These are small investors, and small investors are historically dead wrong.

As stated in previous postings, I cherish a good fight. billi , I have deep pockets, the question is do you? Because, if I do my math correctly, you are probably taking a perverbial beating right about now. YOU MUST HAVE DEEP POCKETS OR A VERY UNDERSTANDING WIFE . . . . .OR BOTH.

Fight the good fight! Be Well.

It is on adgar 10B25 ( they file for extension )

I checked the SEC, FreeEdgar and Edgar online. Last IBUY Edgar filing at all three sites was the S-1/A on Nov. 27.

Also did you type the form number ("10B25") correctly - I'm not familiar with that one and it doesn't appear in the Free Edgar glossary - what is it?

It's interesting that you posted notice of the filing of the NT 10-Q prior (AFAIK) to its being available for public viewing anywhere. Are you sure you don't need to make any disclosure?
