Thanks for your response Ed. Personally, I have not traded the
indexes. And, like many lurkers out there, we are always interested
in learning more.

What is a ball park amount of money would an investor need to invest
indexes?

Where and how would one place a market order? Does one need to be
approved for trading indexes?

Does one need to wait until expiration day in order to cash out?

Have you worked with spread using indexes? If so, what do you like
to do?
