Jerry, The easy way is to hit "delayed quotes" and call up all the options on a security. The other way, assuming you know the option symbol if it is a Nasdaq stock, is to try the symbol 3-5 months out. For example, right now, you would try INQ with the Feb, March and April symbols. The one that has a price shows you which cycle it is in. I.E., if it comes up March, then you are in the March, June, September, December cycle.

Please note that tomorrow is the last day you can use Feb, as on Monday all options will have a Feb expiration and you will have to use May to determine the cycle.
