Marc, excellent post. I would add just one thing. Watcher implies that the WWF deal is a non-starter because JAKK's stock is in the doldrums. After all if the deal were so great he argues, it would be reflected in the price of the stock, wouldn't it? Well, no. What Watcher doesn't mention is that all the toy stocks are in do nothing mode. I don't think you can infer diddle from the lack of bounce in JAKK's stock.
