What really gets me is the astonished cashiers that ask me "are you sure" when I refuse a bag for one item. I like it when the item is already in a bag, like potato chips. Then I can say "look, it's already in a bag". It's amazing how people do things because that the way it always was done. I don't find it a tremendous hardship to decline the bag, and show the receipt at the door if necessary. You know another dumb thing that I do? I sometimes walk a shopping cart back from the parking lot when I arrive. That does me no harm either. I guess that I'm a real dork. Del
