terke,

It sounds to me like the purpose of the stock participation plan at your company is not your intended use of the monies. The proceeds held within any stock participation plan are intended as a long term investment, long term meaning an approximate minimum of 5 years. If you have a financial need to withdraw the proceeds short term (for example shortly after each purchase) then you're undertaking most of the risks of short term investing with none of the benefits of long term investing. You should re-evaluate your needs and perhaps not participate (or participate at a reduced level). Should the market for your company head south (after your buy but before your sell), you could suffer a short term loss of capital that's intended for critical family needs.
