ETPI will have more good news out today. This company has 5 entertainment divisions, each of which could stand alone as it's own successful company.

Redfish Management: Owns/manages very successful restaurants in the Houston area, including the popular Redfish Island Bar & Grill and Chacho's Mexican Restaurants.

Stargate: Owns/operates family entertainment centers, including 2 Hero's Family Fun Centers in Houston, 1 in the Parks in Arlington Mall, the Bronco Bowl in Dallas (http://www.broncobowl.com), and Wonderland Waterpark in Midland/Odessa.

NiteLife Entertainment: ETPI has an exclusive Air Force Non-Appropriated Funds (AFNAF) contract, which allows them to provide services to the military in a non-competitive environment (i.e. they don't have to go thru a bidding process). NiteLife currently manages and provides entertainment for about 100 military clubs. This business is growing, with the Army's conversion of several of their clubs to a "Sports USA" format. NiteLife has already picked up contracts for three of these clubs, several more are expected. The Air Force is considering a similar format with "JR Rockers", which will be a Nascar-themed concept.

Performance Sound & Light - PS&L is engaged in providing professional sound and lighting equipment to military clubs and others. This portion of the business is growing rapidly into the civilian sector. An on-line catalog is being launched shortly (by the end of the month). With their AFNAF contract, has a competitive advantage in that they are able to procure equipment at a much lower cost (military buying power/duty free). They have guaranteed low pricing. A recent news release stated that PS&L did over $100,000 in business which coincided with the opening of their web site (http://www.performance-s-l.com), which only had a handful of catalog items listed on the web site at the time.

Vision Quest Productions - Vision Quest is the live concert promoting division within the ETP family. They have produced over 400 shows worldwide in the past 10 years. They focus primarily on promoting shows on military installations worldwide.

ETPI is a fully report and profitable company currently listed on the OTC-BB.

Jacobson Resonance Enterprises Reports Cornell Study Reveals Nerve Regeneration Possible For The First Time Ever With Jacobson Resonator

BOCA RATON, Fla., Dec. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- A recent study performed at Cornell University Medical College has demonstrated that exposure to magnetic fields can result in growth and regeneration of nerves, according to Jacobson Resonance Enterprises Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: JRSE). Researchers, led by Dr. Brij Saxena, used the Jacobson Resonator unit in applying low-level magnetic fields to mice sciatic nerves in vitro, in conducting the experiment. They found that exposure to the unit's low-level magnetic fields triggered growth and regeneration of nerve sections in culture medium. They also found that those nerves that were not exposed to the magnetic fields experienced nerve degeneration.

"At the end of the year, we found that included in the new growth was the myelin sheath, a structure responsible for normal nerve conduction of impulses," said Dr. Saxena. These findings are especially important because the myelin sheath is the one part of the nerve that is commonly lost in neurological diseases like multiple sclerosis.

"The results of this study serve as a milestone from which to view the possibility to help millions of people suffering from neurological diseases," said Dr. Jerry Jacobson, inventor of the technology and one of the world's leading researchers in the field of magneto therapy. I've always believed that this technology could be used to regenerate nerve cells and this study brings us one step closer to our ultimate goal, which is the demonstration of clinical efficacy," he added.

Jacobson Resonance Enterprises, Inc., a leader in the emerging field of bio-electro-magnetic resonance, is conducting double-blind randomized clinical studies at four sites in seeking FDA approval in the U.S. The company has also applied for a Certificate of Conformance, commonly known as a CE-Mark, which will allow manufacturing and distribution of its proprietary bio- electromagnetic medical equipment in the European Common Market for treatment and amelioration of pain. The CE-Mark is the European equivalent to the FDA marketing approval in the U.S.
