I agree with you on at least a short term positive for the market here. In addition to your cogent points, the Street, I think, very much wants to show support for Clinton and opposition both to impeachment and, of course, to Saddam. This is the opportunity for a strong statement. Help may also come from retail and etail holiday figures and some positive earnings announcements now that most of the earnings warnings are out.
