Sorry for the delay. Had to drive to work.

Yes, I did see the release and thought it positive for WCII. For the COO of TGNT to make that type of statement indicated the following:

1. They are sucking big time because of their buildout being so far behind WCII.

2. He knows something regarding the announcements. Obviously there is going to be some announcement regarding a new global ( European ) network and doesn't like being upstaged.

I think I've got this figured out.

Notice how after WinStar chose today for the meeting, the Government also chose today to vote on impeachment and bomb Baghdad.

I think Mandl is in charge of the Government and is trying everything to divert attention from WinStar's meeting. Of course he made sure to get Teligent's releases out early.

Of course I'm joking Mandl, but isn't it just our luck that the day WinStar choses for the meeting is the day they had chosen for the impeachment vote and the day they pick to start bombing. Probably the worst possible day of the year.
