CE Mark Approval means they can start marketing/selling in Europe NOW.........

It means revenues.....exposure.......and I believe the results from Europe will help speed approval in the U.S.

I think the CE Mark is some sort of regulatory approval of the product in Europe, but I'm not 100% sure. ASTM sure does think it is significant as they state : "This announcement follows an earlier approval received by
Aastrom to affix the CE Mark to the AastromReplicell(TM) System
instrumentation platform, and now allows marketing activities to begin in the
European Community."
