Wisdom,

I was reviewing the 1/4 report again, and noticed that the biggest opportunity for DCI to "turn the profitability corner" is cost of goods sold. Low and behold, Mr. Joe has addressed this issue with IXC. DCI's biggest CGS is Edge network costs. They should be reduced from $0.16 to $0.07 approximately (they cut out the middle man-discount comm)? Therefore, we should see significant improvement in the income statements 1st qtr 1999 or DCIs 4th qtr. Don't ya think?

I always assumed that Cyberfax would bring us a large portion of the $10 per share. Is this still your opinion or rather how much do you think we will ask for Cyberfax per share? Is the # 1 priority still to selling us for $10?
