The annual meeting could be March or maybe February as it stands now.

I did ask some questions to ECD as I am not good at asking in conference calls.

1. Correction on my Matsushita post ECD did not have to pay Matsushita 's court cost on settlement.

2.Part of the Sanyo battery pact Sanyo is to work with ECD to improve HV batteries. (I did not get any kind of details but it should all come out in future.)

3. Solar plant expansion is basically being held up by MONEY- financing.

4. The 446,676 revenues on page 14 of September 10 Q is basicly for Optical memories and Microelectronics. (not only microelectronics)

5.The two year DVD research program will not produce a production machine when done.

6. Heavy Battery Royalties licenses was explain to me as not to all be the same. However one was explained to me to work as follows 3.85% for the first five years. The years starting only when certain volume produced. 2.2% after that giving a average of 3%. (I do not know which license this is.)
