DaiS, I agree. Also, if I were Wilson and I owned over 1/2 million shares, I certainly wouldn't announce a partnership now in the height of individual tax selling season since any sharp appreciation can easily nose dive by selling of those who were waiting for the last minute to take realized loses. In January the tax selling pressure will be gone and Vivus should appreciate on this factor alone since I am sure many interested buyers plan on waiting to buy until the tax selling pressure ends.
