"Who cares?" 11) Forijda, Setop Boxes, DVD. "S3 sold shares invested in fdja" 12) 3D market is expanding big time. 13) Existing PC needs 3d cards. 14) Big market share. 15) Good business partners. 16) Intel 740i sucks has lot of problems, takes years to be as good as others. 17) Solid CEO, top management. 18) Great staff of Engineers. 19) Solid fundamental. 20) Poison pill (NOT FOR SALE AT 14) 21) Microsoft exclusive deal with s3 Negative points: Stock price may go down with all S3 competitions.
