Yep, the argument makes lot of sense. Big money is/will find CBS. The simplest of the arguments being: in 4-years from now, its safe to say that CBS can reach $120 a share i.e. 400% return, after the synergistic effects of internet blue-chip mergers/acquisitions are combined. What you then have is a techno-savvy media mogul which is in the best position to connect / communicate with the entire US population via various assortments of communication channels, under one robust management and its coherent vision.

As an example (albeit a weakly co-related one), lets say some Mr. Mini-buffet has 200K to put aside for some investment right now. If the choice is to go for some real-estate vs. CBS, the decision would be simple at this juncture: providing the same level of safety, CBS has a good chance to quadruple in the next four years vs. may be 50%-to-double for the house/real-estate in the same time frame. There are not many investments out there at this moment, for which you can say like that imho!
