Is this weakness primarily due to the IPO delay or is there some other problem?

A delay until late January does'nt seem so bad right now but we all know how quickly the market can go cold - particularly the IPO market

Betting on CBS in anticipation of MKTW is not a bad idea. DBCC is a much better idea, considering the difference between CBS and DBC market cap, and the fact that each will control 38% of MKTW, chances are DBC will benefit more from MKTW than CBS
