Corporate Visions Plans for the Future!!!

KAA, I am a little confused as to exactly what CVIA's business plan is for the future. I know CVIA is totally redefined compared to what it used to be, so if at all possible could you define CVIA in terms of now?

Ok, so CVIA is now spinning off/ipoing/owning % of several diverse companies? So far about 7-10 are lined up...Will the new companies have their own tickers and such? What % does CVIA plan to own on the average? Do the companies have to meet strict qualifications? Who exactly is doing the underwriting, CVIA or Investment Bankers?

The way I see it, CVIA just looks like a holding and underwriting company (which is very interesting). How much cash does CVIA have? Are we buying % of these various companies or do we obtain a % for taking them public?

Also, when should we expect another news release? The volume is beginning to slow down.

Personally, I plan to own CVIA for a long, long time. I see this investment as a long-term value stock. Much like Warren Buffett would view it.. Too bad he doesn't own a few shares!

Thanks ahead for any clarifications and sorry for all the Q's!

Matt

P.S. Did anyone notice that no trades went through today? Very interesting....Calm before the storm?
