Hi, I haven't tried the Internet download yet. I guess I feel funny shelling out $50 for something that should have been part of the program. Jeff didn't offer any conflict info; he is still running Word 5. The saving grace for me is that Hotline is very stable if I just run it with Remote Access and a few other files. But I can never get it to run with all my stuff; probably have too much stuff. Harry
