This is nerve-wracking. I am pondering post by american dreamer (#539). I have downloaded the edgar site. It is a huge document.
I think there are limits on the share dilution allowed. Besides, if the company wants Nasdaq listing they will let the shareholder value grow. This is a very hot industry, IMO. Also, Ed Meyers gave a very strong recommendation and I'm sure his research was very thorough. Buying a little more at 2.

Nice bit of information but it has to be taken in the context. Scoggins and his partner Alexander have purchased over 130,000 shares of CAGI. Obviously, they feel confident in the company but they also have an interest in driving the price of the company up. Read the analysis in that light. Nevertheless, I like this company as it has made me a nice little profit so far!
