Steve The way they are derived is proprietary. A home brew TA if there ever was one. The are trendlines. Acting as support and resistance. Some are more important than others and I try to point out which ones have more "pull" in my opinion. There is another post on this thread (I think it was on this one) which gives a bit more indepth explanation but I am a bit short on time and will not be able to search for it. It was posted within the last 2 weeks if that helps. If you go back through the market magnet posts (I always post the newest post to the prior market magnet post) you will be able to find some of the magnets which I consider most important.
