WOW. What a post. I guess its my turn to spout off. Capacity is Capacity and how much of these electronic goodies does the world need. The OEM's are not dumb and are passing off the manufacturing risk /capacity to out ECM stocks like JBIL. Eventually ECMs will be the first to bear the brunt of a slowdown as indicated in some posts before. I am frankly getting nervous. Granted JBIL beat analysts estimates by about 17% last quarter and they are raising them for the next per bloomberg but this last post of yours did not sound like the Paul K I remember from the INtel days. I acknowledge that there is a lot more outsourcing out there but what PE will a manufacture company eventually deserve when this all stabalizes. Frankly I am nervous and plan to lighten next year. ATSN i.e. is selling a lot cheaper and is a premier company leading the power supply area which is now also outsourcing. Other sectors like materials (HXL)seem over sold. Anyway this post of yours surpised me. After all I am one of the cockeyed optimists on these threads ( Afterall I still own a lot of ACTM) but the valuations are getting very high IMO and your post of future growth /price struck a nerve I guess as a grow to the sky . Look at SANM today.I still own it but if all goes swimmingly(PBS type word) they will do $2.00 and stock keeps going. By the way have you heard if DIIG got the NORTEL/Bay selection? Enough
