I have absolutely no interest in WAVO as an investment, but I happened to see Cramer during the segment that dealt with WAVO and other "internet" companies. The way I see it is that Cramer used a very dangerous legal term in that rant. Remember he kept talking about fraudunets or something like that. He did so within the context of discussing WAVO. Like I said, I have no interest in WAVO and frankly know very little about the company, but I can tell you that unless Cramer can substantiate a "fraud" claim against the company, he's in trouble and the SEC should look into it.
