Good points. Just picked some back up at 8 3/8. Will pick up more leading into the IPO.

Agree..Your analysis is right on the point. I personally know a momentum player with lots of cash who bought 50,000 shares on 11/25 and 11/27 between 9 and 10. He then pulled out at 9.75 or so still a few thousand dollars ahead saying that he can't wait three or four more weeks.He's buying calls and ready to jump in again once the IPO date is firm.
