In my opinion the hiatus from the trial is good because it allows Netscape and AOL to finalize the deal. By the time the trial starts again it will be a dead issue. Furthermore, now that Sun and Oracle collaborating on a joint product which directly targets MSFT the DOJ will have little amunition left to use with it's case. I think we will see significant headway in the case once MSFT delivers its defense. Then the stock will set on cruise control upward to new highs... No worries. Bryan
