JOE, what surprises me, is that when folks use my name for slander purposes. then, i have a legal obligation to defend myself in a court of law .. if it means i must expend funds to defend myself. so be it. in other words, joe, i would naturally , countersue all of those who "slandered" me on these boards. i just have, and would, compile a list of all those who participated in this "slander" as well as any other just course and relief that would be requested of the court..to cover the necessity of defending myself as well as any relief that the courts determined to be appropiate. hope i have made myself clear.. accuse me of anything, get someone to sue me, then all of those involved in the cospiracy are equally libel.simple..
