If they would answer a direct question and tell me the truth I would shut up, maybe. But I hope I remember to qualify my statements enough to be above any action. I hardly think I have anything to do with the companies decline or that they can prove anything I ever said had an affect on the stock price. Even Marty is useless as their PR arm. He just parrots their line, "When we have something to say we will have a press release". As we all know there have been no press releases other than empty promises since the good Dr. took over. It would be about par for this company to sue me after helping me lose all of my investment too, and refusing to answer any questions about Heofle Oil agreements, Zurich Holding Agreements, prove EM-Sounder works, release financial numbers, flow rates, revenue numbers, be accountable for expenditures, UPR agreement status, drilling status, any more 504 financing been done? and so on.
