DEC 15 DIDAX INC. Joins 'Prince of Egypt' Grand Opening Celebration With Multimedia Web Promotion on crosswalk.com
Soundtrack Sampling, Celebrity Chat With MovieGuide's Ted Baehr, Direct Online Retailing Benefit from Highly-Promoted DreamWorks/SKG Movie Premiere

CHANTILLY, Va., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire/ -- DIDAX INC. (Nasdaq: AMEN - news), creator of the award-winning crosswalk.com Web site
(http://www.crosswalk.com), has teamed up with Christian movie critic Dr. Ted Baehr to launch a multimedia promotion on crosswalk.com featuring DreamWorks/SKG's animated feature film, ''Prince of Egypt''. The film, which details the Biblical account of Moses and his call from God to lead the Israelites out of Egypt, premieres Friday after months of nationwide publicity and widespread support within the Christian community for its scriptural integrity.

The crosswalk.com promotion (http://shopping.crosswalk.com/princeofegypt.htm) leverages multiple aspects of the award-winning Web site. Dr. Ted Baehr, radio host and author of the acclaimed MovieGuide reviews, will provide an in-depth review of the film, host an online ''Prince of Egypt'' chat event at crosswalk.com on December 17, and promote the site and event via his radio program.

RealAudio sampling of songs from the three soundtrack CDs -- including artists such as Whitney Houston and Jars of Clay -- will link directly to online purchasing pages at the crosswalk.com Music Store. Reader polls, links to the official ''Prince of Egypt'' site, chat room giveaways, and additional purchasing opportunities for movie-related books and merchandise will all provide site visitors with reasons to return to the site throughout the three- week promotion.

''This is a two-thumbs-up opportunity for the online Christian community,'' William Parker, CEO and president of DIDAX, said. ''Prince of Egypt is a great example of the combined entertainment quality and business opportunity possible when Hollywood focuses on the values of Christian and conservative consumers. Our audience will see this movie in droves, and we applaud DreamWorks/SKG for their focus on scriptural soundness.''

''Prince of Egypt takes animated movies to a new level and will be one of the most entertaining and theologically sound masterpieces of all time,'' said Dr. Baehr. ''I give it my highest ratings, both technically and morally, for the magnificent art, music, and story and I look forward to chatting with crosswalk.com's audience about it on the 17th.''

Doesn't "Prince of Egypt" open this weekend and you can already hear the sound tract on AMEN web site. AMEN and DreamWorks/SKG's that sounds like an interesting combination.
