GWB,
DCI does not own any of IXC's equipment.

Best Regards

Re: 13% position.

Yo George:

From one "pea brain" to another, this is my understanding. If I am wrong, someone please correct me. When the deal is completed, IXC will hold a 13% ownership in DCI. In exchange, DCI has virtually unlimited access to the IXC infrastructure at a greatly reduced price (this agreement is possible due to the co-location of switches). The result is much lower costs and much higher margins for DCI, which, as was just pointed out by Steve, will be a big plus for the Edge division AND it will allow DCI to enter more aggressively into the long-distance carrier arena as a genuine player. My take is that this agreement costs us up front, but we should see large increases in revenues AND EARNINGS moving forward. How did I do?

PEA A

I'm off to do some Christmas shopping for my wife. I thought about giving here some DCI shares, but I think she is probably looking for something a bit more romantic. How 'bout it ladies. Am I a sensitive, 90's kinda guy, or what?
