I have a caramel candy recipe, the kind you cut into squares after cooked, I hope to make tonight called 'caramelitas.' It has melted caramels in the middle, some kind of crumble bottom, and chocolate. I'm not sure where I put the recipe and my mother will scream if I call her for it--she must have given it to me five times. Last night I tried the recipe on the back of the Ghiradelli double chocolate chocolate chips bag. _Very_ good--at least all but the pan I left in the oven too long. Lynn P.S.
