Re: REGI....it looks like it might finally be bottomed out. There were a good many 10 to 20K blocks bought yesterday on reasonable volume. I believe they are well positioned to take advantage of thousands of small government agencies who will *have* to come up with Y2K plans. REGI recently landed a contract with Atlanta's rapid transit authority....these types of contract announcements will be plentiful early next year (IMHO)
