Celestica Selects Tanisys' DarkHorse Sigma-3 to Test
100MHz SDRAM Modules

test equipment under its DarkHorse® Systems brand, today announced that Celestica Inc. (NYSE: CLS - news), one of the
world's largest suppliers of memory modules, has selected the DarkHorse SIGMA-3™ as its newest tester of 100MHz
SDRAM memory modules. DarkHorse has already delivered the first SIGMA-3 system for Celestica's test operations.

needing to test 100 MHz memory modules. SIGMA-3 has an upgrade plan to Direct Rambus and other future memory
architectures to permit customers to leverage their investment over time. The system has moveable timing edges on all controls,
AC parametric testing, and an easy-to-use Microsoft Windows interface to easily identify module configuration, perform tests
and display results.
The SIGMA-3 operating software features data logging and report generation, a device graphics editor, a waveform editor and
user-definable operator and test levels. Companion handling, labeling equipment and adapters are available to fit most test
applications.
