Previous speculations was that there are a lot of funds that CANNOT own BRK but could own GRN. They need to get out of GRN before the merger. (from the speculation). Barron's estimated value was in the 80k plus range. I still think that's an appropriate valuation. Low prices provide good purchasing opportunities. later, leroyt
