HET is a Bellcore Liscensee and producer in Illinois. they merged with TDI a well known battery packager which in turn was bought by old and public Thomas and Betts. HET seems to have an inferior product using cobalt material in the cathode at half the Valance specs. also they seem to have no patents. it will be interesting to see if Valence takes them to court for patent infringement. See my posts of a month or so back
