Clinton will be shunned by any respectable Dem candidate in 2000 and his party will lose to Bush.

Hello?! Clinton would have finished two terms in office by the year 2000 and can't run for President again!

As for the Dem candidates, I am sure almost all of them would strike the right balance by praising Clinton's policies and condemning his private behavior. It's no secret formula, it's already out there and has been tested.
