Food was good.There was an open bar before the presentation,as well as cheese and crackers.Then during the presentation we had meat and ice crean sherbert after.It was done at a first rate hotel here in miami at the INTERCONTINENTAL.Everything was very professional.

dont really know which brokerage houses they were each from,but they asked some good questions with regards to financing and so forth. Company as stated earlier by ICANPICM will have a secondary offering to raise an additional 10 million in early 99.
