Hello to all, Can anyone help me understand how this WMB deal may, if at all, flow through to one of my more major holdings, ICIX? I know ICIX has agreements with Williams, but have no concept of whether this may help yet another of my currently ailing investments. Also, I assume this is complementary from a dark fiber standpoint to WCII's contract with Metromedia Fiber? Finally, is this the biggie announcement of the day? What about a european partner? Is that a dead idea? Thanks in advance for any insights. Barbara
