Improve? Seems to me that prediction is a disaster!

Ahhh, Michelle? IRS "reform" you attribute to Clinton? What a joke!

He stalled it as long as he possibly could! It wasn't until the congressional hearings that moved public opinion polls against the WH position that he would even consider any attempt to reign in Bentsen's custom-bred and trained attack dogs.

You're right about moderation; the chameleon-in-chief lives off the polling results the liberals are so happy to concoct for him.

Leadership?

What a laugh.

Mr. K.

I don't think the Brady Bill has done much to restrict assault weapons. The IRS Taxpayer Bill of Rights was drafted by the Republicans. Clinton was slow to endorse that one until after the IRS Horror Stories Hearings that the Congress held. If you want to blame the Republicans for something, they and the Democrats passed draconian tax penalties schedules in 1986 along with the Tax 'Simplification' thing. They also created that Alternative Minimum Tax monstrosity that now hits taxpayers with as low as $ 33,000 in income.
