I find what happened to you as rather funny. Don't take it personal and I hope that you can see some humor in it, too. You would never be removed for any amount of time from the show for talking up a stock.

Gosh actually talking a stock down and on CNBC ... heh heh heh.

Whatever happened to whatsizname ... uh Dorfman?

You would never hype a stock you were selling at the same time like Jeff Vinik would you? No don't answer that ... heh heh heh.

I watched the CNBC interview

Cramer said he knew very little about WAVO.

What he did know was that they have very few recognized
customers, that the stock is a fraud-u-net, that he wanted
to short 25k shares but couldn't because Goldman Sachs said
they had no shares to loan despite him wanting to short,
and that he spoke for and in behalf of Allen Greenspan
when he said that "Allen GreenSpan does not want WAVO to go up".

That is what I heard when I watched the interview.

So you are the real Cramer?

By reading your posts, it sounds like it.

Here is a thought -regarding "shorting WAVO"....

From what you "said" on CNBC, and what you are claiming you tried to "imply", after the fact, are two different things. hmmmm

Hi James:

from a previous post of mine:

<Of course, I'm sure we'll see a lot of naysayers because they have nothing better to do with their time than complain.>

And sure enough....

Regards,

Phil

CNBC is wrong.

And Tim Luke, I disagree. <<by posting here you are just making yourself look worse.... >> One post sure doesn't do it.

Of course he probably can't stick around long. It would
cause him too many problems.

Mr. Cramer,

I think it's your "fraud-u-net" comments on the air within the context of the WAVO discussion that is a potential problem. I frequently watch CNBC and have always enjoyed your delivery, but when I heard you say that, I thought.....whoops!....

Why do you think it is libelous? Just because it is inaccurate? Do you have facts which support the position that the statement was intended to injure you, and was made with knowledge that it was false or with reckless disregard of the truth?

Hi Jim, I have just found this thread an want to tell you that your style is to be commended.

So old guard, take your best shot. Keep trying. I am not going away and I am not backing down. Heck, I'm just getting started. And, get this, what doesn't kill me, does indeed make me -- and the revolution that we all know is going on -- stronger.

Your character and teachings will make everyone better, maybe even the old guard ? .......na........they are what they are.

You have my respect and support.

Thanks
HG
