I'm putting this play out for whoever wants to take the risk. The float is minimal and has run up quite a bit today on 3 times normal volume. PRGS will appear on Squawk Box and by the looks of this company it will get some great exposure and investors will want to be in this company. You could lose money, but I think it will go to $40 soon, probably tomorrow! PRGS has 17.1 million shares outstanding..... Float is 12.6 million shares. % owned by institutions is a high 68.6% The real float is more like 3.95 million shares outstanding. Revenue and earnings growth is 100-200%..... The company provides web stuff for e-commerce.... NASDBULL
