XDIC=symbol for Mr. Bill

I can't get quote on that symbol. Is it correct?

BTW, you might like this Paul Harvey story heard on radio today:

"At Madame Treadau's Paris wax museum, the full scale wax figure of Bill Clinton has been getting more attention than the other wax notables in recent weeks . Young ladies have been observed posing in front of Clinton's likeness (as if they be surrogates of Monica L.) while being photographed by accomplice friends. Invariably Clinton's pant's fly would be unzipped by the kneeling young lady to lend authenticity to the pose in the manner described in the Starr report. The photo shoots with the unzipped Clinton became so popular by word of mouth that workers at the museum were forced to take action so as to minimize wear and tear. They sewed the zipper closed."

(as related to me by one who actually heard it, and perhaps a bit
embellished by me).
