Orion, You are correct. We would be up about 15 points if today's action was due to the Lexar suit. I am ecstatic about being up 2 7/16 on light volume. Still waiting for a "1-million-plus-shares-traded" day. Could be a "signal flare" sent up by some institution holding a large percentage of the float (who intentionally bid up the stock?) or is it just because the float is small and tightly held? Ausdauer
