Agreed. There needs to be a solution. We can't even change ISP's to see if that helps because we can't change our e-mail addresses. Someone who works on these problems for a living could solve it in one day.

As far away from New York as I could be. Anyone with heavy Exchange Server knowledge and knowledge of mission critical internet hardware enviroments could easily write up an architecture and have it implemented by someone local to Joe. In the past I've found that he isn't very open to suggestions. I understand that if someone who I didn't know sent me a mail wanting to change something tat I thought worked fine, I wouldn't recieve it well. I would make a recommendation in exchange for a lifetime membership with a gurantee that email would be instantaneous as long as maintenace is kept at specific specifications.
