Greg....I sit at the base of the Olympic Mountains....the sound of fly over is distinct....this is the only free space in the US that Military fly over is not in compliance with commercial flight path.... This is where they test their Radar...in the blind........................ When the low level radar flights happen, and the air is filled with high whinning screams of the engines....then I know that the US military is in a higher alert......I expected the attack....as the sounds changed where I live.......... In 1990 "I believe" under Bush...1991 attack, Jan15, by recall...the Apaches were in here with full load, in the fall, and the Radar blockers were in constant fly over for ground radar evaluation....my Air Force retire on the waterfront commented with a long face of the Apache flyovers, and confirmed to me that they were flying fully loaded...Karen
