I believe that the claim by BAAT that pulse charge engines double and tripple is one of the reasons BAAT is being investigated by the S.E.C. Those claims by Joe LaStella that he had $50,000,000 contracts waiting to be signed at last years event were all crap. Just Like your Story. BAAT spitting out fumes climbing Pikes Peak is great for mother nature, isnt it? If Joe LaStella had a technology that did what you claim I would invest in it. But he doesnt and lately
all he can produce is circus press releases to lure in the fish. That is not working because nobody in his right mind would believe Joe LaStella anymore. I guess that makes you crazy. They should lock you up in a padded cell with Joe. Where are the financials that Joe said back in Feb. that he was going to post in future quarters? How many new shares of BAAT stock have been issued? What is the shareholder dilution count? Is southern States power a on going concern? What happened to the million bucks? What about Green Gas. The Asian Taxi? Why does BAAT need to sell electric bikes from China wholesale? Did Joe LaStella know that Diane was running a pandering at baat headquarters? She was his girl friend. Why is Joe LaStella leaking the info out on press releases before the news comes out? This is against the law. If baat is not under a current and on going S.E.C. investigation why hasn't BAAT posted it on their web site?

"Green Fuel":
BAT has signed an agreement with Southern States Oil and Gas to obtain rights to a patented emulsification process that binds water and hydrocarbon fuel together. This one step, state-of-the-art process successfully emulsifies diesel or ethanol and water without the need for bonding agents, chemicals or direct injection to hold the components. The production process works independently and can take place at a refinery, a fuel station, or other facility. The resulting fuel has the same heat content per pound as #2 diesel, thereby improving hydrocarbon utilization and lowering fuel costs by 20%. Significant reductions in smoke (50%) & NOX (35-80%) have been documented in independent lab tests.

TVT is not baats product. They have distribution rights that's it!! BAAT should start telling consumers that they did not invent TVT and it is just Maxi lube with a tvt label on it.

"Eco-Lube":
BAT has obtained distribution rights for an “anti-friction” additive that chemically interacts with the metal in engines or other applications when it heats up, reacting deep into the metal to reduce the coefficient of friction. This results in a complete long lasting system of protection that can be used with all types of lubricants including grease, compressor oil, crankcase oil, gear oil and hydraulic fluid. Metal parts treated with “EcoLube” realize a 70% reduction in friction, thereby improving the effectiveness of other lubricants. A small amount of “Eco-Lube” (less than 6%) in combination with motor oil or other lubricants greatly improves the life of both the components and lubricants, (by as much as 2-3 times manufacturer's expected “normal” life). “Eco-Lube” reduces friction during “dry” starts, leads to easier starts, smoother operation and cooler temperatures. There is a also a substantial improvement in power. In one set of tests, treatment of a Toyota 2TC 4 cylinder gasoline powered racing engine yielded a 10% average increase in horsepower and 10.8% increase in torque. Unlike it's competitors (Motor-up, Power-up, SFR, XR-1, Mp-10 and Prolong), “EcoLube” is a metal treatment, not an “oil fortifier”. It cannot be flushed out or wiped off and the treatment doesn't leave with the oil when it is drained. Finally, “EcoLube” is non-hazardous, non-flammable, non-toxic, “ecology friendly”, inert and does not pollute.

DC/DC Converters:
BAT has reached an agreement with Schock Power Conversion, a developer of advanced power electronic products, to distribute DC/DC converters and other electronic products. The DC/DC converters have high efficiency, very high power and numerous other competitive features. The high power also eliminates the need for an accessory battery. These same features have high value in the computer industry, where BAT is planning marketing initiatives.

Batteries:
As previously announced, BAT will also be marketing lead acid batteries produced by Long Battery Co.. These batteries have a 20% improvement in energy density and up to a 100% improvement in cycle life compared to competing lead acid batteries, and are much lower in cost. BAT intends to market batteries aggressively in the Caribbean, Mexico, Central and South America, where it has exclusive distribution rights, and in other countries on a non-exclusive basis.

BAT has always been a performer, setting a long string of world records from incorporating advanced technologies in vehicles, bicycles, engines, etc. Some of BAT's accomplishments include the following:

a super-efficient vehicle that got over 93 miles per gallon (at 40 mph),
three world records (electric mini-van went 478 miles in subzero temperatures, electric “Asian Taxi” went 1043 miles, electric bicycle went 448 miles on a single electric charge),
new electric bicycle and scooter designs and prototypes,

Electric Vehicles:
BAT has obtained worldwide exclusive rights to use a lightweight, strong, monocoque chassis for electric vehicle production. Two project partners, World Transport Authority and Detech Corporation, have a plant established on the Mexico-California border that will be used to produce chassis and electric vehicles. A fifty-five-vehicle order with Barbados in the Caribbean will be produced initially. Pending major orders from Mexican and Latin American markets will follow.

Batteries:
BAT's subsidiary, Ultra Force Battery Co. (UFBC), has signed a license agreement with DAUG, a research partnership of Daimler Benz and VW, to obtain fiber nickel electrode technology for battery production. The DAUG technology will be combined with UFBC's proprietary SEALER technology to produce a long life, zero maintenance, high performance battery at a very low cost. These batteries will provide an ideal backup power supply for fiber optic systems now being installed in households and businesses, with battery demand projected at up to $27 billion over a 5-10 year period.

UFBC's nickel metal hydride batteries are ideally suited for use in electric vehicles and scooters. They provide a durable, long-life, zero-maintenance battery at the lowest life cycle cost of any battery in the industry (4 cents/mile). The 12+ year life will mean no battery replacement is needed for the life of the vehicle. The technology is also ideal for hybrid electric batteries because of the high energy and power density and durable fiber structure. It can also provide “peak power” requirements for fuel cells and other baseload energy storage. Various surveys suggest electric and hybrid electric vehicles could capture up to 10% of the new vehicle market by 2010, leading to $18 billion in potential annual battery demand.

BAT has signed a joint venture agreement with HBL Ltd., the largest specialty battery manufacturer in India, who has been producing nickel cadmium and other batteries for over 20 years. HBL's highly experienced engineering and production team (100+ engineers, 800 employees) and low production cost structure will allow pilot production to come on line quickly and provide a high performance battery towards the last quarter of 1998. The production and management team will also be a very valuable resource for start-up of fully automated, high volume production plants in 1999.

Super-Efficient Vehicles and Engines:
BAT has been working with Lockheed Martin's Industrial Cooperation Program for over three years. This is leading to some very exciting partnerships and technology transfer opportunities. One example is the Letter of Intent with SKODA ELCAR, a subsidiary of SKODA GROUP. The company currently produces a lightweight delivery van and pickup with both electric & high efficient gasoline options. BAT will provide super-efficient engine technology and advanced batteries for evaluation by SKODA ELCAR.

Low production costs and access to Eastern and Western European markets will provide opportunities for expanded distribution of a variety of transportation products. Various other agreements are pending in Eastern Europe as a result of “matchmaking efforts” by Lockheed Martin. For example, discussions are underway with a light truck and van producer and a diesel engine company to expand into light truck markets with advanced drive technologies. Discussions are also in progress with companies involved in both new engine manufacturing and rebuilding of engines for buses. Eastern European and former Soviet Union bus companies appear to be very interested in incorporating “Dolphin Pulse Charge” technology in engines to reduce fuel consumption and improve emissions. Details about these agreements will be announced in the 2nd or 3rd quarter of 1998, pending successful negotiation of joint venture agreements.

Electric Power Generation:
BAT formed a new subsidiary in 1998 to enter the electric power generation and uninterruptable power supply (UPS) markets with advanced technologies. Southern States Power Co. will maintain a competitive edge in the power generation business as a result of advanced engine technology, direct access to oil and gas supplies through an associated company, and extensive contacts with power generation markets through the management team. Low fuel costs, low equipment costs, high efficiency power generation and low overhead will insure high profit margins from electric sales.

One million dollars in funding has been secured for Phase 1 pilot plant activities and additional financing for expanding power plant capacities are being pursued. The deregulation of the electric power industry in California and New England offers tremendous opportunities for new power producers to enter into both low cost production and direct sale of electricity to industrial & commercial customers.

Southern States Power Co. will be using the new inexpensive fuel emulsification process "Green Fuel" to reduce the fuel cost of oil power generating equipment by approximately 20%. Southern States Power Co. will be placing fuel processing systems in power generation projects in appropriate sites.

We had two members at the BAAT run in L.A., listening to CEOs comments as the test went
to pots and CEO was screaming on his cell phone: "We gotta hype this thing!"
- which gave us yellow flag. Most of us got out with a profit, as greedy ones
kept buying at 3 1/2.

We take profit at our leisure, in other words, you get out when you had
enough. Or, we get out when we can't take anymore losses. Yes, there will be
losses too. For this reason we give out our DD.

Don't think about what ifs, etc. No emotions, no greed, no wishful thinking.
Profit of an 1/8 is better than loss of an 1/8!

As soon as your profit equals your initial investment, take it out. Ride the
profit, and in case anything goes wrong, it will be less painful. Don't be a
greedy fool, take out the core investment!

Never send or respond to frivolous questions by spamming here or there. If
you want to know which brokerage to use, go to AOL key word Consumer or send
a private e-mail. If your aunt is dying call the pope, people don't want your
e-mail's, we stick to business.

Never bullshit each other. If one hurts we all hurt. If you have info both
good or bad on a particular company, please pass it on. But your info better
be real damn good. Some people dumped DGIV early because of misinformation.

We never hype a stock on the SI or AOL discussion threads. We do good DD and
PR. We post serious DD's, comments and opinions. People's hard earned money
are riding on the choice of words we make. We also want to be taken seriously,
not become an SI clown or village idiot.

If the subject stock is of no interest, don't participate. No one is twisting
your arm.

Some weeks we will not have a company to choose because we just don't feel
right about any of them, that's where your inspiration comes in: presenting
your picks to us. Our goal is for every member to make $5,000 per week from
day trading or intermediary holds.
