I wouldn't be. NASDAQ, Transports, Russell, Dow, S&P even the Utilities all closed at their highs of the day. As I said before looks like a short term bottom that has turned the corner. You've got to be excited about this market here. The fact that oil prices are at historical lows eventually has to impact the transports, and with Chase Man. earnings it shows that the financials will participate. Breadth will improve.
