Shrink from .25 micron down to .22 micron, and boost SDRAM speed by 33%..........
semibiznews.com

The 133-MHz SDRAMs are almost a natural result as memory firms shrink to
ever smaller feature sizes. Just as the shift to quarter-micron design rules
almost automatically yielded DRAMs with 100-MHz speed, the shrink to 0.21-
and 0.22-micron generation boosted speed to 133 MHz.
